Privacy Policy

Effective 4 November 2026. This policy explains what we collect, how client content is handled, and the controls you have.

01

Information we collect

We collect the details you submit through the inquiry form (name, email, company, role, goals and optional channel links), the account information you provide when creating a client portal account, and the content you submit for production. We also record basic technical information required to operate the site securely.

02

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and improve the service, issue invoices, and communicate about active projects. We do not sell your information, and we do not use client content to train third-party models.

03

Client-uploaded content

By uploading video, audio, transcripts or links, you confirm that you hold the rights required for us to process that material, and you grant Elevant Media a limited licence to store, transcribe, edit, format and deliver it for the purpose of the engagement. Source files remain yours. Access is limited to the producer and editors assigned to your account.

04

AI processing

Where analysis features are used, the notes or transcripts you provide may be processed by an AI model to draft summaries, hooks, captions and platform notes. Outputs are drafts reviewed by a human editor. Automated video transcription or rendering, when enabled, is performed by a configured third-party media provider under its own terms.

05

Storage and retention

Uploaded source files are held in private storage and shared with you through time-limited links. We retain project records for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as required for accounting, dispute resolution and portfolio permissions you have approved.

06

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw permission to display approved work in our portfolio at any time. Requests can be made through the contact form and are actioned within a reasonable period.

07

Security

Access to client records is role-based: clients see only their own projects, deliverables and invoices; agency administrators see the records required to run the engagement. Files are served through signed, expiring links rather than public addresses.

08

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
