Terms of Service
Effective 4 November 2026. These terms apply to use of this site and to engagements with Elevant Media, alongside the written proposal for each engagement.
01
The service
Elevant Media provides media analysis, short-form editing, branded content production and distribution support. The specific scope, cadence, package and fees of any engagement are set out in a written proposal and confirmed before work begins.
02
Proposals and fees
Prices displayed on the site are expressed as request-a-proposal and are not an offer. Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless the proposal states otherwise. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice; work may pause on overdue balances.
03
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing source material, brand assets, feedback and approvals on a reasonable timeline. You confirm that you hold all rights necessary for us to process the content you submit, including music, footage, guest appearances and third-party material.
04
Approvals and revisions
Deliverables are presented in the client portal for approval. Included revision rounds are defined in the proposal. Approval confirms an asset is ready for delivery and publication; changes requested after approval may be treated as a new request.
05
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your source material. On payment in full, you own the finished deliverables produced for you under the engagement. We retain ownership of our templates, systems and processes, and may reference approved work in our portfolio only where permission has been given.
06
No guarantee of performance
We engineer for quality and consistency. We do not and cannot guarantee audience size, view counts, follower growth, engagement or commercial outcomes on any platform, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
07
Confidentiality
We treat unreleased content, strategy and business information as confidential, and we limit access to the producers and editors working on your account. We ask the same of you regarding our methods and internal materials.
08
Term and termination
Retainers renew monthly unless either party gives written notice before the next billing period, or as otherwise stated in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable, and approved deliverables are released on settlement.
09
Acceptable use
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that misrepresents a person's identity or statements. We may decline or stop work on material that creates a legal or reputational risk.
10
Liability
Our aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the agency's principal place of business.
Read our privacy policy for how content and personal information are handled.
